Ingredients: One fillet of cod
8 oz orange marmalaid
2 Tbsp butter
1) Let cod merinate in orange marmalaid for 60 minutes.
2) Heat pan to a simmer, melt butter evenly across the surface of the pan.
3) Place fillet on pan, cover with lid.
4) Flip about halfway through.
5) Cook until fish is no longer fleshy.
6) Feel the hurt and the cut of the bird.
7) Chop chop.
6) Eat the fish.
